Reformer and mat Pilates with the Luna Movement team — build strength, control and mobility with your recovery and movement under one roof.

VISIT THE LUNA MOVEMENT PAGE →Luna Movement runs the Pilates studio inside SRS. Six reformers per class means the instructor can actually see you, correct you and adapt an exercise on the spot — which is the whole point of reformer work.
Classes are programmed rather than improvised, so sessions build on each other week to week instead of being a random workout each time. Three levels — Foundation, Intermediate and Progressive — mean you start where you actually are.
Having Pilates in the same building as biokinetics and recovery is deliberate: your rehab, your strength work and your recovery all talk to each other.
Foundation if you're new or coming back from injury, Intermediate once you know the machine, Progressive when you want to be pushed.
Paid Pilates and class bookings run through Bookamat, not Fresha. Free Vitality classes are booked in the Discovery app.
Get there 10 minutes before your first class so your instructor can set your reformer up properly.
Bring grip socks — they're required on the reformer.
Fifty minutes of controlled, low-impact strength and mobility work with hands-on cueing.
Six reformers means individual attention, not a room of thirty people following along.
Classes build week to week rather than being a different random workout each time.
Strength and mobility work that's kind to joints — ideal alongside rehab.
Discovery Vitality members get free classes plus points.
Pilates, biokinetics and recovery in the same building, all working from the same picture of you.
No. The Foundation level is built for complete beginners and for people coming back from injury. Your instructor sets your reformer up, explains the springs and straps, and cues you through every exercise. Most people feel comfortable on the machine by their second or third class.
Pilates and group classes are booked through Bookamat rather than Fresha, because Luna Movement runs its own schedule. You can see the timetable and book directly from our Pilates page.
Discovery Vitality members get free classes and earn points for attending. Free Vitality classes are booked through the Discovery app rather than on Bookamat — bring your Vitality details along and we'll sort the rest out with you at the studio.
Grip socks are required — bare feet slide on the reformer. Otherwise, comfortable fitted clothing you can move in and a water bottle. Avoid very loose tops, since you'll spend time lying on your back and upside down.
Often yes, and it's one of the advantages of having both under one roof — your biokineticist and your Pilates instructor can align on what you should and shouldn't be loading. Tell your instructor about the injury before class.
Small-group S&C, stretch and Hyrox classes — small enough that we tweak every session for the people in the room. Free with Vitality.
