Rhythmic NormaTec air compression that flushes tired legs, eases soreness and gets you ready to go again.

NormaTec boots use dynamic air compression to mimic the natural muscle pump of the legs. Five overlapping zones inflate and deflate in sequence from the feet upwards, applying rhythmic pressure between 30 and 110 mmHg.
That wave of pressure pushes blood and lymphatic fluid back toward the heart, clearing the metabolic waste that builds up after hard training and reducing inflammation in the process.
The result is legs that feel lighter and less heavy the next day — which is why they're the most-used piece of kit in the studio after a race weekend.
You recline in a chair with the boots zipped over your legs. Wear or bring leggings or long socks for comfort.
The system reads your leg and sets the fit. We set the pressure to a level that feels firm but easy.
Sequential inflation from the feet upwards, one zone at a time, holding and releasing in waves.
Read, scroll or nap for 30 or 60 minutes. Nothing is required of you.
Most people notice the difference the moment they get up.
Improves blood flow and lymphatic drainage, clearing metabolic waste and reducing inflammation.
Eases muscle soreness and fatigue and reduces lactic acid build-up.
Speeds up the body's natural recovery so you get back to training sooner.
Consistent use means better recovery between sessions and a lower injury risk over a season.
One of the few recovery tools that works while you do absolutely nothing.

Thirty minutes is enough for general recovery after a normal training session. Sixty minutes is worth it after a race, a long run or a heavy leg day, when there's more to flush out. Both are comfortable — you're reclined the whole time.
Leggings, tracksuit pants or long socks. Bare legs work but the sleeves feel better over fabric. Shorts are fine if you bring long socks.
Daily if you want to. There's no recovery cost to using compression boots, which is why athletes use them after every hard session. Many of our clients pair a 30-minute boots session with a sauna or red light session.
They reliably reduce the heavy, sore feeling in your legs and improve perceived recovery by moving blood and lymph out of fatigued muscle. Think of them as excellent for how your legs feel tomorrow, rather than a fix for an injury.
Deep, targeted massage for recovery, injury prevention and performance — for athletes and desk-sitters alike. Cupping and blading included where your body needs it.
